SHeeeL.com is Kuwait largest Daily Deals Platform offering Huge discounts on products such as mobiles, electronics & perfumes along with Awesome Coupon deals on services such Restaurant meals, Clinics & Beauty Salons.
THE GOAL
In spite of constant digital marketing efforts, they were struggling with improving their financial performance. The objective was –
To increase the audience size on entire portal
To maintain a minimum of 3X profitability in the form of ROAS
To increase the revenue and orders by 42%
Identify new channels to increase sales
THE SOLUTION
A Multi-Phased Approach
To increase the audience size and to increase the overall purchase on all possible marketing channels we adopted below methods.
We implemented the following measures –
- Created always search ads using regional language based on high user search volumes. Ensured both Arabic & English ads are performing, made necessary optimizations with keywords, biddings & Target CPA
- Configured Performance max campaigns with multiple variation testing
- Based on analytics insights, we launched category based shopping ads focused on Electronics, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty category
- Utilize Apple Search and TikTok as a brand awareness platforms to acquire new users
- Apart from Instagram, we recommended Facebook to be included based on our findings, which was approved to launch ads on Facebook

- 43.7% Increase in revenue and 40% increase in orders while maintaining the ROAS of the present year as compared to the previous year
- 60% website traffic was increased on SHeeel.com with the implementation of Facebook, TikTok & Apple Search accounts this year
- Facebook also proved to be one of the best channels to drive sales
- Achieved lowest CPC of $0.99
